CHEF DE CUISINE
We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine (Expat) on behalf of a large-sized, 5* hotel (hotel chain).
• Culinary school background
• Has International experience in upscale or luxury restaurant or/and hotel
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same position or higher
• Knowledge of HACCP required
• Can work under pressure
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail
• Single status preferred
• Results oriented, hard working, very motivated and with a lot of passion to food
• Excellent working track record
• Ability to train subordinates
• Good communication and spoken English skills.
