REGIONAL MANAGER (f/m)
As part of its expansion, our client, industry leader in serviced residences and nursing homes, is currently seeking a REGIONAL MANAGER. Key attributes/skills: dynamic, creative and proactive, hands-on, pragmatic, excellent interpersonal & people management skills, with commercial acumen and relevant experience in a managerial position. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is a must. And, of course, the successful candidate will understand and empathize with our client’s social values and core business. The role Among others, you will ensure and support the implementation of the strategies as well as the company’s policies & procedures in all residences (11) situated in Brussels (principally), Antwerp, Gent and Bruges. You will be responsible for all aspects of running the residences, including people management, administration, commercial & financial aspects, the relationship with the unions, networking with hospitals, social services, municipal services, government institutions, preparation of the overall regional budget, etc. You will act as the company’s Ambassador, internally and externally, within the region, with the Association of Co-Ownership and other management entities, so that the brand is expressed in a positive way. Keep abreast of changes in legislation, clarification and support questions to the legal service whenever needed. And above all, you will be committed to providing the highest care standards and to be passionate about the welfare of the service users.
